Contract: Part Time (22.5 hours per week - hours and days can be discussed at interview)
Term Time Only, plus five insets days and two additional weeks per year (weeks to be worked at the end of August each year)
Salary: Grade B – (£25,136 - £27,398) Actual starting salary £13,760

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented team in the Trust's Executive Office. We are a multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students' learningWhat we are looking for:
Under the direction of senior staff, the Junior Executive Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the Executive Team. They will be expected to undertake administrative tasks such as reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing communication and ordering stationary as well as some targeted admin support for specific areas such as diary management, meeting planning and minute taking, event administration etc.
At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the executive office.
As a member of the executive office the Junior Executive Assistant will be based at the CLF Institute, the hub for staff professional development, and will ensure a professional and welcoming environment for the executive team and their visitors.There will be a requirement to support meetings and events at Federation House and academies within the Trust.
