Aquaforce Group are manufacturers of bathroom and sanitary ware material. Our sister company Cedar Properties invests in commercial and residential properties in the UK.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team (9-10 people) as a PA to the CEO and COO, who also covers the roles of Property and Office Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and in supporting the owners with private matters.

This is an exciting opportunity as the successful applicant would be the first person in this role and therefore can be involved across various business areas and grow the role from the ground up.

Tasks
  • PA to the CEO and COO:
  • Manage the CEOs and COOs calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle personal administrative tasks for the CEO.
  • Office Manager:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Help to resolve routine IT and office systems problems and queries.
  • Administration:
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including Sharepoint filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
  • Handle office finance including petty cash, invoices, raising POs, and credit cards.
  • Manage office holiday requests and track sick days.
  • Property Management Support:
  • Collaborate with the in house Investment Manager to assist in managing the company’s property portfolio.
  • Handle tenant relations, including inquiries and ensuring lease compliance.
  • Assist in property maintenance coordination, liaising with service providers to ensure that properties are well-maintained.
  • Help monitor rent collection, property expenses, and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with property management regulations and local laws (EPC etc)
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a PA & Property Manager or Administrator
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint); experience with SAP is beneficial.
  • Ability to use CRMs and collaborative work tools are preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good numerical literacy.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be within 5 miles of N2.
