We are now looking for two Underfloor Heating Site Supervisors to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an Underfloor Heating Site Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of site projects, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards.
Overseeing the installation of manifolds, flow and return pipework and temporary boilers, you will ensure Health and Safety compliance, manage customer expectations and act as the primary point of contact on-site.
You will also complete site paperwork, attend daily site meetings and ensure that subcontractors follow project drawings accurately.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage materials and stock levels on-site
- Conduct pressure testing, quality assurance, and decommissioning of systems post-installation
- Manage subcontractors and labour teams
- Carry out leak repairs and pipework adjustments
- Ensure the safe storage of materials and equipment
- Service and maintain existing installations to ensure long-term efficiency
About You
To be considered as an Underfloor Heating Site Supervisor, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- A CSCS card
- A SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- A full, valid driving licence
Please note, due to the nature of our work, this role will involve regular travel around the UK and regular overnight stays.
