Craven and Co Ltd in North Yorkshire are recruiting for an Apprentice Warehouse Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Warehouse and Logistics qualification which will take approximately 14 months to complete.
Duties:- Completing any associated paperwork.
- Building cases on pallet in accordance with Health & Safety and pallet configuration.
- Ensuring any discrepancies are notified to Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Placing picked goods in relevant marshalling lanes/ship docks.
- Performing systematic stock checks as directed.
- Being assigned to any warehouse duty including goods in, picking, marshalling, dispatch/loading
- A great personality with a can-do attitude is a must and have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Keen and willing to learn
- Punctual and reliable
- Work well as part of a team and on own initiative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Grades: There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:- 5 hrs p/w Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00, 15 min morning break paid, 30 min lunch unpaid
