Job Description- Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases
- Represent clients in court, presenting facts in a clear and persuasive manner
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and agreements
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation
- Collaborate with the legal team to strategise case handling
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
- Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed of case progress
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all professional matters
The Successful Applicant
A successful Litigation Associate should have:
- A degree in Law from a reputable institution
- Qualified in Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2-4PQE
- Proven experience in handling litigation cases
- Ideally some international arbitration experience
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A vibrant and professional work environment
