Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a wide range of patent litigation matters, often involving high-stakes cross-border disputes

• Working closely with clients from the technology, life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, delivering expert legal solutions
• Collaborating with senior partners and team members to support the development of case strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years PQE in patent litigation, preferably gained from a top-tier firm
• A strong academic background in law (with a degree in a technical subject such as science or engineering being an advantage)
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure
