• Audits and Corrective Actions – Lead internal and external audits, address non-conformances, and manage corrective actions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with procurement and operations to ensure high-quality materials and processes.
• Customer-Driven Improvements – Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance product quality.
• Reporting – Present quality metrics and performance updates to senior management.
• Team Training – Provide training on quality standards to ensure consistent adherence.
• Sustainability Tracking – Develop and monitor sustainability metrics, track environmental impact, and drive resource efficiency.
