The Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant provides high standards of both service and cuisine in an informal atmosphere.
Surrounded by 543 acres of idyllic Hertfordshire countryside, the Brocket Hall Estate boasts spectacular scenery and combines heritage and impeccable service while offering some of the finest golf, fine dining and conference & event facilities in the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who will work across two areas of the Estate joining the kitchens of The Clubhouse and Events.The Estate comprises of:

Our Chefs prepare hearty seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredients.
