Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are looking for a detail oriented and driven Senior Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team, based at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.

As a member of the finance team, you will:

• Assist with the processing of purchase ledger invoices and agency invoices.
• Work with the administrators in the homes to resolve any issues with invoices and suppliers.
• Be required to deal with telephone queries from suppliers and our care homes.
• Be flexible and have the ability to work as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication skills.

Also, accuracy is essential in this role.
