Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising site activities to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage on-site staff to achieve operational goals
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site
- Prepare reports on site performance and progress
- Monitor temperature levels on Stock
- Keep control of stock levels
- Report Damages
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace
