IAP Service Manager

The IAP Service Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to manage and deliver IAP services. This role involves collaborating with neighbouring services to ensure seamless care delivery across all pathways.
As an IAP Service Manager youwill provide operational management and leadership for all IAP services, with a particular focus on defined areas such as CAS, PL, and UAC. They will manage and supervise Team Managers and associated staff, providing cross-cover as necessary.
The right candidate will work closely with Service Users, Carers, Clinical Staff, Performance Management and Finance Staff, Corporate Services, Human Resources, Community Care, Independent and Non-Profit Organisations to deliver operational services.
They will contribute to developing the IAP's identity and structure by creating clear accountability for all key result areas and performance management arrangements. Monitor and Collaborate: Monitor service performance using the Balanced Scorecard, collaborate with acute and community care colleagues, and represent the Trust professionally to all stakeholders.
Governance and Compliance: Support Integrated Governance, ensure Health and Safety compliance, and manage staff compliance with clinical delivery mechanisms like care planning and records management. Management Processes: Implement effective line management processes, including recruitment, appraisal, grievance handling, and ensure compliance with legal duties.
