The opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills to play a key role in the smooth running of all internal and external exams within the college.

Working within a small dynamic team within MIS reporting directly to the Exams Coordinator this is a varied role that will see the successful applicant providing academic departments and learners with key administrative services and advice.

Key Responsibilities: Organise and manage the administration of internal and external examinations.

Liaise with exam boards, teaching staff, and students to ensure exam processes are in line with regulations.
Coordinate exam timetables, invigilation schedules, and candidate entries.
Ensure the secure handling and distribution of exam papers and materials.
Oversee the processing and dissemination of examination results.
