Senior Accounts Payable Officer

About Our Client

Our client is a leading player in the Technology & Telecoms industry. With a global reach and over 5,000 employees, the company is committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive the industry forward. Operating from their base in Reading, they are known for their technologically advanced products and services.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Manage all AP for 2 entities, one in the US and one in UK, the UK covering the EMEA region.
• Process from start to finish in partnership with the procurement team circa 150 invoices per month
• Deal with all international, mainly US expenses
• One day per week, work till 20:00 to overlap with US office, later start on that one day.
• Essential that you have used a Netsuite system previously
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accounts Payable Officer should have:

• Previous exposure to Netsuite system
• Proven track record of high attention to detail and ability to work independently
• High proficiency in MS Office and accounting software & databases.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
