Baby Room Practitioner – Montessori Nursery

Location: Acton W3 (2 min walk from South Acton Station)

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (rotating shifts 7:30 am - 6:30 pm)

A leading independent Montessori nursery group in West London is hiring an enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner for their Baby Room. We seek a dedicated individual with strong EYFS knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for child development.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and engaging activities.

Deliver the EYFS framework, ensuring children’s development and safety.
Work closely with parents as part of the key person system.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills: Level 2/3 in Childcare & Education (Montessori/Forest School qualifications are a plus)

Solid understanding of EYFS and prior nursery experience

First Aid certification preferred
