Role: Fleet Co-OrdinatorLocation: Birmingham
Salary: £25,000
Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch)
Daily Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our field technicians, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling inquiries and updates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of service appointments, technician availability, and client information.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service based role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling software and tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
