We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants with evidence of with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will be working within a busy ward environment with the opportunity to further develop your skills and enhance your knowledge.
Main duties of the job- To provide holistic and person-centred care and support community patients in an acute setting.
- A Healthcare Assistant is a core member of the team delivering personal care to patients and supporting registered practitioners to deliver high quality, compassionate care.
- To carry out a range of non-clinical healthcare tasks, under the direct supervision of the registered healthcare practitioner. Provide compassionate care, to agreed quality standards and in accordance with Trust values.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- Good standard of general education.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health Care or willingness to work towards gaining this qualification.
Experience
Essential criteria- Awareness of the role of the HCA role.
- Common sense approach when faced with potentially difficult situations.
Knowledge
Essential criteria- Awareness of the role of Health Care Assistants.
- Experience and knowledge of basic administration systems including Microsoft Office.
