The Opportunity
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrators to join our global HR team, we have two positions available: a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), and a part-time 15 hour/week permanent position . Based in our Manchester office, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations across multiple international locations.
Working as part of a close-knit team of four HR Administrators, this role covers a broad range of responsibilities. You’ll be the first point of contact for queries from employees and managers across the UK, USA, Netherlands, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia - requiring both a service-driven mindset and an exceptional eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and internal transfers, ensuring timely documentation and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee sickness, lateness, TOIL, and probation processes using PeopleHR, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support with tasks like contract renewals, holiday pro-rating, insurance documents, and reference letters.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries across all regions, providing professional and timely support via email and our internal ticketing system (Halo).
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to general HR admin tasks, including file management and documentation upkeep.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role (essential)
- Experience with offboarding, pro rata holiday entitlement, TOIL, and sickness and absence cases
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring peers and overseeing key HR admin functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and service skills
- Preferred experience with: PeopleHR, DocuSign, Halo (or similar ticketing/HR service desk systems)

Salary: £25,000 (full time pro-rata)
The full- time role is is Monday
- Friday, 9am
- 5:30pm, based in our Manchester office (M2 7HA).
