Commercial Property Solicitor - We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked law firm who are looking to expand their property team. This long-established practice with multiple offices is now seeking a further Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their South London and Surrey offices.
About the Role
Joining a robust team of property experts, you will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters. They are looking for a commercially aware solicitor with the ability to work closely with the Department Head, running their own caseload and progressing cases run jointly with partners.You will handle a range of freehold acquisitions/sales, option agreements, overage agreements and secured lending as well as landlord and tenant transactions including leases, licence to assign, licence for alterations and deeds of surrender.
Candidate Requirements
This position is ideally suited to a Lawyer with 6+ years PQE and who is seeking a change or an otherwise a step up. The ideal candidate will have a sterling track record obtained with a London or large regional practice, team management skills and an enthusiasm for business development and managing client relations.
