Job Description- Coordination and management of various HR operations including employee records, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Assist in the roll-out of HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide support in the use of HR systems, particularly Workday.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Prepare reports relating to HR metrics.
- Participate in compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Operations Coordinator - FTC will have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience working in HR operations within the financial services sector recently.
- Proficiency in HR systems, especially Workday.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Able to be in the office 5 days per week
