Job Description
  • Coordination and management of various HR operations including employee records, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the roll-out of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support in the use of HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Prepare reports relating to HR metrics.
  • Participate in compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations Coordinator - FTC will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience working in HR operations within the financial services sector recently.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, especially Workday.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to be in the office 5 days per week
