Providing R&D Project Management administration for R&D Projects and throughout the project life cycle. Supporting several areas of work concurrently with the assigned project or programme and manage competing demands. Managing the team incoming email inbox and using their initiative to deal with emails appropriately.
Working autonomously with effective time management skills to manage own workload. Acting as a point of contact and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously. Ensuring that all project and programme documentation is shared and accessible across the team.
Engaging with key stakeholders and staff, were necessary, to ensuring all project plans, actions, risk logs and trackers are kept up to date. Undertaking the storing, configuration and management of electronic data. Scheduling and arranging meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate and concise minutes and distributing them.
Organizing and planning related events, meetings and training courses as necessary. Working autonomously on a day-to-day basis, providing cover for all matters of day to day administration, including taking the initiative to ensure necessary follow-up actions are undertaken.
