Futura Learning Partnership is looking for a collaborative and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment, engage with candidates, and implement effective hiring strategies. You will play a key role in attracting and securing talented individuals across our schools and professional services teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and connect with potential candidates using job boards, CV databases, networking, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and industry forums).
  • Use Boolean search and tailored outreach approaches to engage individuals who may not be actively applying for roles.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Engage with candidates through direct outreach, phone calls, social media messaging, and email, ensuring an inclusive and supportive experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Support employer branding efforts, including social media recruitment campaigns and digital attraction strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes align with safer recruitment and KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education) guidelines.
  • Travel to visit schools across the South West, requiring a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
