Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various computer software programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for sales documentation and correspondence.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email or phone, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer enquiries via email and telephone, identifying required parts and preparing accurate quotations.
  • Build effective working relationships with customers to support repeat business and high service standards.
Experience
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
