Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Sales Administrator to join a leading independent estate agency in their Portishead office.
This business continues to perform strongly in the local market, with a consistent flow of new instructions. As a result, they are now looking to strengthen their internal operations by bringing in a reliable and proactive individual to support the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a key support role focused on ensuring the smooth progression of sales, maintaining compliance, and delivering excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and handle enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, buyers, and sellers
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Assist with managing and maintaining sales files
- Chase solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure timely progression of transactions
- Keep all parties updated throughout the sales process
- Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in line with company procedures
- Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and property information
- Previous experience within estate agency or property administration is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using CRM systems and general IT software
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
