About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognized retailer with over 5,000 employees. Located in the Cheshire area, they have a significant market presence and are well-known for their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Assisting with short term cash flow.
• Inputting of actuals and forecasting for retail entities.
• Month end Treasury closing tasks.
• Complete banking balance sheet reconciliations for each account across EMEA.
• Download and verify month-end exchange rates, then input them into the accounting system for all EMEA entities.
• Helping the Treasury Manager with any ad-hoc tasks required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Treasury Accountant should have:

• High attention to detail.
• Part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA.
• Proven experience in a similar finance role is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong planning and organizational abilities.
