Site Administration Manager

Hays is working with a construction company who is in the process of opening a new office in Norwich. They are seeking a Site Administration Manager on a 5-month contract with possible contract extensions. The successful candidate will initially be based in Cambridge before moving to their new Norwich office.
Your new role- Provide administrative support to project teams on site
- Manage all administrative services
- Responsible for site accounting functions including invoice passing
- Collate information for payroll and weekly labour costing system
- Approve suppliers’ invoices for payment and raise invoice queries directly with suppliers.
- Transport Lead for all commercial vehicles on the project.
- Manage admin team
- Extensive administration experience
- Management experience
- Experience working within the construction industry
- Health and Safety experience/ knowledge
