7days Performance is one of the leading, fastest growing raffle sites in the UK & are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & creating competitions on the website - This includes data entry, specification collection & schedule management.
- Providing information and support to customers about products, website navigation, raffle logistics etc
- Working and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth processes are maintained
- Working with the senior team to improve working and process efficiency
- Manage day to day customer communication surrounding safe playing.
- Ensure AML & GDPR policies are maintained & enforced.
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
- Previous experience with compliance policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Resolve relevant customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Passionate about being part of a high performing team and learning about a new industry.
- Knowledge of cars and other vehicles is preferred.
- Quarterly staff training & team building events.
