Customer Service Administrator £13-£15 p/h 3 month temporary position My client is a Beverages Service based in London. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary position Monday-Friday. You will be required to provide the best possible service to customers and helping the business succeed by going above and beyond to satisfy their needs and meet their expectations in a timely manner. What you’ll do:
Being the first point of contact for answering customer queries and concernsReviewing and raising tickets accordinglySubmitting customer orders within the CRM systemLiaising with the warehouse to confirm processing of orders, dispatching, and customer invoicesProviding product recommendationsFeeding issues back to the wider business and responding to customer reviewsProviding ad-hoc support
