Deputy Nurse Manager
Salary: Up to £47,000
40 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Nurse Manager to join our client's thriving care home, which offers, nursing, and specialist dementia care. With a Good CQC rating, as a Deputy Nurse Manager will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.They need a compassionate leader with strong clinical skills to support and mentor their nursing staff.
Qualifications- RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification, with an active UK NMC pin
- Demonstrated experience in a deputy nurse manager role within a care home setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in mental health nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident and staff interactions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced care home environment
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare within a care home context
