Deputy Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to £54,000

Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of nursing professionals
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
- Assist the Nurse Manager in coordinating and supervising the nursing staff
