With schools in need of additional support, this role offers an excellent opportunity to step into the education sector and develop key skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Ensure students remain engaged and actively participate in lessons
- Manage classroom behaviour and enforce school behaviour policies
- Support students of varying abilities, ensuring the smooth running of the class
- Develop leadership and classroom management skills essential for a career in education
