Job Title: Night Support Worker (Sleeping & Waking)
What You'll Do:
- Provide a safe and secure environment for clients throughout the night
- Support with personal care, medication, and routines as needed
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the day team
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice at all times

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential – we provide full training)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis)
