Lettings Negotiator

Reeds Rains St Helens Branch are now looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding estate agency on a permanent basis.

As a Lettings Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:
- Pay in the region of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)
- Basic salary from £22,500 plus monthly commission pay

In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:
- Generating and conducting Lettings Viewings
- Winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let, progressing to moving in.
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred, but this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous lettings &/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.
A full UK driving license is essential.
