Summary: The role of Senior Demand Planning Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Finance and Supply Chain to plan and execute the sales strategy for Huda Beauty Brands. The Planning Manager will be responsible for ensuring high level forecast accuracy, delivery of commercial strategies and achievement of operational goals.

This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and knowledge of supply chain planning systems.

Please note: This role is a 18-months maternity cover contract.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the Demand Planning team.
  • Oversee sales planning for EU by SKU.
  • Responsible for translating commercial and marketing plans into demand to ensure supply needs are met (i.e. promotions, store openings, add/delete etc.)
  • Responsible for the Demand Review step of the S&OP process. Lead monthly Market Demand Review meetings, presenting changes in demand and giving a wider context of forecast rationale where necessary.
  • Communication of risks and opportunities in supply vs demand
  • Management of financial reporting and tracking vs budget
  • Support systems development in the reporting of retailer sales data and Power BI dashboards
  • Achieve high level forecast accuracy targets and review gap analysis between forecast and actual sales to enable methods for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Retailer Merchandising and Planning teams to ensure plans are aligned.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to forecast new launch inventory needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and cross-channel teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years inventory planning / account management experience
  • BA, BS preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Expertise in Inventory Management / Planning skills
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams
