We are currently expanding our dedicated team in Welwyn, where we provide exceptional care to eight remarkable individuals with complex needs. Our mission is to enrich their lives, and we need passionate Support Workers to help make that happen.

What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:30 / 14:15 - 21:45
As a Support Worker, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing both practical and emotional support. Your role will include:
- Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning
- Organising and participating in fun and engaging leisure activities
- Accompanying individuals on holidays and outings
- Helping our clients access community resources and opportunities
- Promoting and encouraging independence
- Providing personal care and managing complex needs
- Coordinating with other agencies and families
- You’ll also use our digital app, Nourish, to manage care and support plans. Don’t worry if you’re not tech-savvy—full training will be provided!
