Clinical Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Outpatients | Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
You will be working across the sites at St Mary's Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital. This is a fixed term contract running from 3rd February 2025 to 30th November 2025.
This role offers you the opportunity to join a large and diverse MSK Physiotherapy Team which includes a healthy mix of staff experience including; physiotherapy assistants and technicians, rotational band 5, 6 and 7 physiotherapists and a well-established team of clinical specialists, orthopaedic and pain advanced physiotherapy practitioners.We are fortunate to have the lead clinical academic for therapies nested within the department.
- This post will give you the opportunity to provide outstanding clinical and managerial leadership to the MSK adult physiotherapy team, and ensure clinical excellence, leading the delivery of a high quality, responsive service.
- You will be responsible for the day to day operational planning and delivery of the service and supporting staff development whilst supporting the Clinical Service Lead, for Outpatient Therapies, with the delivery of innovative service improvement projects and strategic developments.
- Being flexible and innovative in your ways of working will be fundamental to your role and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
- You will be passionate about delivering high quality, evidenced based care and be someone who follows their initiative and is able to use novel and innovative approaches to complex patient management and service delivery.
This is a 10 month fixed term contract, we are happy to consider secondment opportunities.
