About me
I am a 60-year-old gentleman living alone. I enjoy watching the occasional film on television and enjoy listening to music on the radio. I have Bi-polar, arthritis and diabetes, and I need support to manage these conditions
Hours and rate of Pay- 5 Hours per week £11.44 per hour Days to be discussed at Interview
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
A little bit of support and motivation to do this, working alongside Mr White.
What you would be doing
Re-ordering medication for delivery to home Establish a close working relationship on a one-to-one basis
Support preparing lunch working alongside to support and motivate to do this
Support, motivate and prompt to get out of bed, have a shower and get dressed. I can physically manage this independently
I can drive myself to any appointments I have with the doctors of hospital, but on occasion I may need support, and will rely on the personal assistant to mark these dates in my calendar.
Any other reasonable support that may occur.
