About the Role:
- Position: KS1 Primary Teacher (Phonics Specialist)

- Contract Type: Full-time, part-time, or supply roles available.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging and structured phonics lessons to develop pupils’ reading and writing skills.
- Use proven phonics strategies such as Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc., or Jolly Phonics to help students build strong foundations in literacy.
- Create a fun and interactive classroom environment that motivates children to succeed.
- Monitor and assess progress, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching phonics to KS1 pupils, with a solid understanding of phonics schemes.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a love of reading and writing.
- A creative, energetic approach to teaching and a passion for early literacy.
