About Our Client
A top tier financial institution is now looking for a high calibre Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide secretarial and administrative support to the C-level executives and ensure smooth operations of office.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diary management, meeting coordination, travel & accommodation coordination, visa arrangement, expenses management for the executives
- Prepare agendas, business reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Manage daily office operations, including office repair & maintenance, office supplies management, vendor management, staff on/off boarding and etc
- Coordinate regular company events
- Support on ad-hoc tasks
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in secretarial support and office management
- Proactive, diligent, supportive with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- 5 days a week in the office (onsite)
