We have a new permanent opportunity as a Stores Administrator based in Leeds to work for a key engineering client of ours.

As a Stores Administrator you will be working Monday to Friday Monday to Friday 0730-1500 and would be on a salary of £26578 per annum.

Core Responsibilities for a Stores Administrator would be:

  • Raise all requisitions within AMS and eProcurement for all areas of the maintenance business.
  • Ensure all goods are receipted in both AMS and eProcurement.
  • Process and code invoices in OnBase.
  • Manage all Materials inboxes and complete requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Participate in quarterly stock counts including physical counts and administration tasks.
  • Conduct month end PO ‘clean up’ with SSC in AMS, eProcurement and Spreadsheet.
  • Liaise with suppliers where required.
  • Any other Ad Hoc tasks as requested.

Experience for a Stores Administrator:

  • Experience in an administration role in an engineering environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good AMS, eProcurement and OnBase system knowledge and understanding
