Job Description
  • Manage the chairman's diary
  • Arranging meetings and coordinating travel
  • Supporting with meetings and follow up notes
  • Liaise with clients and other staff
  • Organising events
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant to board level
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Can commute to Solihull
