My client is a well established law firm that are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the chairman based in Solihull.
Job Description- Manage the chairman's diary
- Arranging meetings and coordinating travel
- Supporting with meetings and follow up notes
- Liaise with clients and other staff
- Organising events
- Experience as a Personal Assistant to board level
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and positive attitude
- Can commute to Solihull
