About Our Client

• Using the Sage Intacct system to create purchase orders
• Weekly payment runs for due invoices and receipts
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Dealing with supplier queries and escalating where necessary
• Reconciling credit card expenses
• Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Financial Controller

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within AP
• Must have both English and Maths GCSE
• Excellent communication skills
• A keenness to learn and grow
• Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
