We are excited to announce we have opened our first BYD store in Millgate Shopping Centre, Bury and we are looking for a BYD Team Leader to join the team.

Hours - 40

Salary - £30,000 plus OTE Bonus, plus company car

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating a team to achieve their goals
• Developing training programs to enhance team performance
• Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Facilitating communication between team members and management
• Driving a positive team culture and fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• A proactive approach and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
