Accounts Assistant (part-time)

£29,000 (pro-rata)

All applications are welcome from seasoned Accounts Assistants or Accounts Administrators.

Working hours: Monday to Wednesday (three full days) or Monday to Friday (five half days). Hours are flexible between 08:00 and 17:00.

• Generous annual bonus based on company performance.

• Fully office-based position.

• Receive and collate invoices from suppliers.
• Manage high volume invoice processing.
• Purchase ledger and sales ledger processing.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding any queries.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Credit control.
• Manage goods received (GDN).
• Deal with customer enquiries to resolution.
• All associated administration.

• Previous experience in a Finance Assistant position.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel & Word) and SAGE 50.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Able to work flexibly under pressure.
