We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Bellshill. The company is growing, and the accounts team is a close-knit group that supports the wider team with accounts and back-office tasks. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in credit control.All applications are welcome from seasoned Accounts Assistants or Accounts Administrators.
Contract: 37.5 hours per weekWorking hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hours can be 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

- Receive and collate invoices from suppliers.
- Manage high volume invoice processing.
- Purchase ledger and sales ledger processing.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding any queries.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Credit control.
- Manage goods received (GDN).
- Deal with customer enquiries to resolution.
- All associated administration.
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant position.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel & Word) and SAGE 50.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Able to work flexibly under pressure.
