As the supervising Social Worker, you will be covering a caseload of foster carers over the South London region.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:
Providing guidance, supervision, and support to carersSupporting the development of the service in relation to therapeutic interventions and practice models
Promoting the development of our foster carers’ skills and aptitudes
Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:
A recognised Social Work qualification Degree/DipSW/CQSWA valid registration with Social Work England
Significant experience of working within Looked After Children
Experience of working within Fostering
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: South LondonSalary: up to £45,000 per annum
