We are looking for a hands-on, approachable leader who possesses imaginative and creative ideas to transform the trusts catering services.
You will be responsible for leading a team of onsite catering teams to deliver an exceptionally high standard of catering provision which conforms to all applicable food law, legislation, standards, compliance and policies.
As the Trust Catering Operations Manager for ELAN, you will be responsible for the performance of the whole trust catering provision, developing the delivery of healthy and high-quality meals that meet government school food standards.
