The Governors of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant with responsibility for speech and language intervention to join the dedicated team of staff that take care of and nurture the children and families in the community.
The successful candidate will: Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
To supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activitiesBe highly motivated to support vulnerable children
Keen to work with a range of different partners to meet the needs of our children and their families
To promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
To use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support pupils to achieve learning goals
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team
Be committed to the school and will contribute to all aspects of school life.
