Sales Advisor
Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor!
Are you passionate about cooking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? ProCook is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will help customers discover the joy of cooking by guiding them to the perfect kitchen tools and cookware.
Your Mission:
Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming environment for customers while assisting them with their purchases. You’ll engage with customers, share your knowledge about our products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
This is a part-time position and you must be available to work on Thursday, Friday and weekends between the hours of 10am to 7pm based on a rota. Please DO NOT apply if you cannot commit to these shifts.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding service.
- Provide product recommendations and answer any inquiries.
- Process sales transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organised.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for cooking.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
