Store Manager
Summary of Position
As a Store Manager reporting to the UK Retail Director for Sleep.8, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionise the way people think about sleep wellness. We place a strong emphasis on the quality of our products and are committed to building a foundation that recognises the profound importance of a good night's sleep.
You'll be a natural leader who leads by example, developing and nurturing your team or you could be an Assistant Manager looking for your next step up.
Requirements- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the store and the daily activities of the sales staff engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maximise sales by building high performing teams, enhancing brand image in the market, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
- Manage all people processes from hiring the best, new sales associates' orientation, performance management of team - supporting their training and development.
- Attain sales KPIs.
- Build strong partnerships with corporate and regional managers.

- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on high-quality products.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a passion for promoting sleep wellness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasising the value of honesty.
- Leadership abilities that prioritise teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic administrative tasks.
- A deep understanding of the importance of sleep wellness in overall well-being.
