Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager reporting to the Store Manager for Sleep.8, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionise the way people think about sleep wellness. Requirements- Coordinate the daily operations of the store and the daily activities of the sales staff engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maximise sales by enhancing brand image in the market, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
- Assist the Store Manager with hiring the best sales associates, training and mentoring.
- Attain sales KPIs.
- Build strong partnerships with corporate and regional managers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on high-quality products.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a passion for promoting sleep wellness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasising the value of honesty.
- Leadership abilities that prioritise teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic administrative tasks.
- A deep understanding of the importance of sleep wellness in overall well-being.
